Nowadays, we are not satisfied with simply sampling the sweet: the experience extends beyond sweetness boundaries and offers a complete dive into the gastronomic world of the chef, as part of an exquisite lunch experience.

The menu has a refined selection of starters that first showcase the eggs of the chef’s own family farm in Normandy. Accompanied with brioche dipping bread, they can be enjoyed on their own, with girolles or further elevated with thin slices of truffle. Fine palates will also be won over by the Monogram Flower Waffle, served with lemon tzatzíki or caviar. Finally, a wrap filled with a mixture of lettuces and herbs will seduce guests looking for freshness and balance.

As for main dishes, the choices are just as delicate and sophisticated, with Monogram Flower ravioli with shellfish or ricotta, and Checkered Pies with lobster or garden vegetables. We loved the panini, with a vegetarian version that was to die for.

The culinary experience reaches its climax with an assortment of cheeses, followed by an exclusive selection of pastry creations developed by Maxime Frédéric, especially for Louis Vuitton. Lemon meringue pie, hazelnut entremet, chocolate éclair… A gourmet finish that leaves a delicious path across guests’ palates.
