The luxury company Rimowa, part of the LVMH Group, has been following you on all your travels since its creation in 1898. Today, they are joining forces with Aimé Leon Dore, the New York brand known for its sophisticated urban style, in a collection that will make you want to travel with its video campaign entitled “Doublemint”.
Chic and timeless so it can follow you everywhere
Attention all travel lovers and experienced globetrotters, this is surely the new travel companion that was missing from your collection! Luxury luggage brand Rimowa has just released a special edition with Aimé Leon Dore.
Recognizable by its parallel grooves, the German brand unveils a video inspired by excursions at the beginning of the 20th century when only the happy few could afford to break the routine with a sightseeing tour. Four minutes is enough to get bitten by the travel bug!
Right away, two new features stand out: a trunk and a classic carryon suitcase with Rimowa’s Classic designs and Aimé Leon Dore’s green. These German-made, hand-assembled pieces can also be recognized by their gold-plated fittings. The collection also calls back to the timeless design of a Rimowa cabin trunk from 1964. From the trunk to the cabin case, the handles and straps are made out of brown leather, evoking elegance. The Aimé Leon Dore touch is inside the luggage with a custom-made nylon lining covered with motifs of ancient Greek stamps.
To allow you to carry it wherever you go, the trunk has been designed so that it can be easily stacked in any type of interior.
