Follow These Up-and-Coming Models Closely

There are thousand of them and only a few manage to stand out from the crowd. Here's our selection of new generation models to follow.

When asked to list models, you immediately think of the undisputed Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, and Claudia Schiffer. Or, more recently, Kendall Jenner, Yasmin Wijnaldum and Vittoria Ceretti.

Today, OniriQ is highlighting other profiles, still largely unknown to most people, who deserve some special attention. From new faces parading for major brands, to campaign and magazine headliners, discover 10 promising models, handpicked by our editors.

Ella McCutcheon

Certainly one of the most fashionable faces in Australia. The young woman from Sydney, with piercing eyes and golden hair, knew how to quickly seduce the big brands and fashion magazines in her career. His resume includes Louis Vuitton, with the latest Nicolas Ghesquière fashion show, Chanel, Hermès, Paco Rabanne and so many other global brands.

On Instagram, she shares her magazine covers, including Harper’s Bazaar and Dust Magazine, as well as her campaigns, preparations and shoots… not to mention a touch of her personal life!

Ahmad Kontar

Almost eight years ago, Ahmad Kontar left his native Syria and came to France to follow his dreams. In less than a decade, the young man has built himself beyond his greatest expectations: a model showing at very prestigious Fashion Weeks, for numerous campaigns including Hugo Boss and he has even participated in editorial projects with a few magazines. But his journey does not end there. In addition to his studies for becoming a chiropractor, he dances and acts.

Most recently, he was featured on the French television channel, M6, at the beginning of March 2024 in a report focused on the hectic lives of models and influencers during Paris Fashion Weeks.

Sheila Bawar

If you don’t know the names Lara, Mara, and Sheila Bawar, you’ve certainly missed one of the most touching stories on the web. They are three sisters from Brazil, including two albino twins highlighted by the photographer Vinicius Terranova. They opened up an Instagram account and a YouTube channel right away where they showed the strength of their relationships, all thanks to their difference.

Like her sisters, Sheila, the only sister not affected by albinism, quickly used this celebrity as a springboard to join the fashion world. Since then, she has been parading for major fashion houses including Valentino, Victoria Beckham and Saint Laurent. Originally from São Paulo, she proudly poses on the covers of Vogue Brasil and Harper’s Bazaar Brasil.

Heija Li

She is originally from Wenzhou, in the Chinese province of Zhejian. In 2021, Heija Li joined the fashion world and more particularly that of Bottega Veneta runways. She rapidly signed with Esee Model Management, The Industry Model New York, BraveModels, Premier Model Management and Ford Models Paris.

Since then, she has hit catwalks all over the world, including for Louis Vuitton, Coperni, Sacaï, Mugler and Hermès. She has acquired a long list of references in the space of only three years.

Leonardo Hanna Azrak

If you’re familiar with this face and torso, it’s probably because they went viral in November 2022. At a party organized by Mugler, model Leonardo Hanna Azrak appeared wearing an oversized suit jacket that he quickly took off. He then unveiled a corset for men, showing off his pecs and, from there, the photographers went crazy.

Since making the rounds on social media is not enough, Leonardo is building a name for himself by playing around with the codes used in his editorials. He can also be found in campaigns by brands such as Milla Nova, Salt Murphy and a few beauty and perfume brands.

Ali Dansky

Will she be the next supermodel? It is a question that many are asking. For several seasons now, Ali Dansky has been traveling through Milan, Paris and New York for the needs of the biggest brands: most recently Alexander McQueen, but also Lacoste, Sacaï, Schiaparelli, Givenchy and Courrèges.

The Models.com platform, known for being the global modeling directory, even placed her among the “best new faces of the season.” Her major assets? Her naturalness, her charisma and the hardness in her eyes.

Jordan Djadi

Beauty lies in difference, and Jordan Djadi won’t contradict us. The young model, who is still in his first years in modeling, impresses us with each of his appearances. In his editorials for Harper’s Bazar Italia or Wallpaper Magazine, we note his charming freckles.

On the catwalks at Valentino and Sunnei, or in his campaign for Moncler, he embraces this particularity, which is, in fact, his strength, and inspires all those who share this attribute. A profile that we need more than ever these days and which, beyond his talent as a model, also carries a positive message.

Kristine Lindseth

We could easily confuse her with the iconic Jane Birkin of the 70s. Kristine Lindseth, a model from Norway, makes the brands she meets fall in love with her timeless charm, her very Parisian style and her retro bangs. A muse in the making, she has been parading for several seasons for brands that stick with her: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chloé, etc.

On her Instagram, she cultivates an aura like the main character in a movie. Sometimes she can be found on a catwalk wearing spectacular creations, sometimes she is out for a walk during her travels, not to mention when she appears in a few magazines that she shares with her online community.

Amadou Fall

Being a basketball player and a horseback rider wasn’t enough for him, so Amadou decided to become a model, too. And being 1.90m tall only encouraged him further. Whether in campaigns for Zalando, in magazine shoots like GQ Portugal and Another Magazine or even in fashion shows, he is right at home.

Far from Toulouse where he completed his studies in Business Management, Amadou lives in London and is building his career around golden opportunities, catwalks and crucial relationships.

Xu Wei

Chinese model Xu Wei made her debut on the Gucci catwalk for their spring-summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection. A very promising first experience that quickly propelled her among other brands such as Fendi, Ferrari and Valentino. Her appearance in the last Chanel show, with the imposing hats designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, stands out in our minds.

At the same time, this budding professional is also posing in campaigns with the Courrèges teams and even for some magazines. On her social media, she shares her passages and thanks each of the brands that trust her.
